Xebios manufactures Ready-to-use Culture Media for microbiological diagnostics. Xebios was establis-hed as owner-lead medium-sized company in 2014 and currently has 30 employees. Our production facility in Dusseldorf, Germany offers a production capacity of approximately 28 million dishes of Rea-dy-to-use Culture Media per year.
Our plant was established in 2014, currently has 30 employees and features the highest techni-cal standards of a fully automated production pro-cess: our procedures to manufacture, store and quality control, our products comply with all requirements of ISO 11133 and ISO 13485 and follow Good Manufactu-ring Practices (GMP). Our ready-prepared culture media is manufactured in a strictly controlled production environ-ment in our clean room (GMP-class B; corresponds to ISO class 5). Xebios’s quality control system is certified accor-ding to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Xebios’s owners perso-nally guarantee the quality of our products: we measure our success by meeting the high quality demands of our customers at all times.

Our product portfolio already covers a wide range of different culture media and is continuously expanded according to the individual needs and specific require-ments of our customers and the regulatory environment. Our core focus lies on the media used for environmen-tal analytics and the microbiological quality control of non-sterile products for pharmaceutical and cosmetics use to contribute to an EXCELLENT ENVIRONMENT AND LIFE for everybody.
Our flexibility is our strength: Xebios guarantee the hig-hest flexibility and shortest lead times. We coordinate our production planning with you to reserve your indivi-dual batches. This enables you to reduce cost for quality testing and validation of the media.
